Following the press conference by the Premier of Bermuda, the Hon. David Burt JP MP, held the evening of Wednesday 18th March, and in response to the announcement of the first cases of COVID-19 discovered on the Island, the Bermuda Land Development Company Ltd. (BLDC) will be closing its offices with immediate effect until April 6th, 2020, with our staff working remotely.
These are unchartered and unsettling times for Bermuda requiring BLDC to act judiciously to minimize the risks associated with the likely spread of the virus.
All appointments are postponed, and walk-in clients are not permitted until further notice.
Facilities issues including water, sewage and telecommunications.

The office will be closed for in-person payments. Please make rent and water payments online or go directly to HSBC to deposit into BLDC Account #006-046452-001. If you have any Accounts questions, please email email@example.com . Please do not place any cheques in the Drop Box during this time.
Water Usage for our Residential Tenants
As you are aware, the BLDC water situation is still critical. We understand that many of you may be working from home. We ask that you continue to conserve water throughout the day.
BLDC will continue to monitor the directions given by the Bermuda Government, Chief Medical Officer, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
