Request for Proposal – Janitorial Services

The Bermuda Land Development Company Limited seeks the services of a Janitorial company
with a proven track record for customer care and performance excellence to provide a full
cleaning service. The service provider will perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and
quarterly cleaning duties.

Full details on the request for proposal will be made available on BLDC’s website bldc.bm and
the Royal Gazette beginning 13th May & 15th May 2024.

Solicitation of Interest: Channel House

The Bermuda Land Development Company Limited (BLDC) invites interested parties to submit their interest and proposal for the repurposing of Channel House as seniors living accommodations. 

Interested parties can email info@bldc.bm for further details pertaining to the Solicitation of Interest.

Submissions will be received no later than 4pm, 28th of February 2024. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.

Town Hall Meeting: Nuvem Subsea Cable Project with Google

 

 

Google will host a town hall meeting to present the plans for a new transatlantic cable project, Nuvem, that will establish Bermuda’s first direct cable connection to Europe.

 

Representatives of Google will be on-hand to discuss submarine cable systems, project timing and local impacts. The presentation will be followed by Q&A and a listening session.
